The Second Annual “Black History: Artists’ Perspectives” exhibition opens at Hayti this week. The exhibit is open to the public. Hayti Heritage Center is located in the heart of the historic Hayti community which was a thriving community in the early 20th century. Last year more than 7,000 individuals, school groups, tour groups, and art lovers visited the exhibit. We encourage everyone to go and visit this awesome exhibit and learn a little more about the rich history of Durham.
