Gratitude is a key to well being. Everyone seems to remember to give thanks in the month of November. But how can we maintain a grateful heart throughout the year?
Here are some ideas:
-Start your own gratefulness journal and write down at least one thing you are grateful for each day
-Say thank you often.
-Tell someone how much you appreciate them.
-Appreciate something in everything.
-Have each family member write something they are grateful for each day, put it on a sticky note and collect it in a pretty jar. Read the notes aloud on New Year’s Eve to start a new tradition.
-Live in the present moment.
