Steve is a San Jose, California native and an Economics graduate of Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo, CA. He moved to NC in 1996 and spent several years in the music business before becoming a real estate agent (ask him about working with Dolly Parton!) As the classic helper/connector he loves to help guide buyers and sellers through the complicated and sometimes stressful buying or selling process. In his spare time he loves good coffee, bad beer, pileated woodpeckers, and mining the depths of Spotify to find his next new favorite song. He has three kids. His secret weapon is his wife.
